Would've liked more flavour
I like a lot of flavour in my pesto so I found this one to be a bit disappointing. It's ok if you add other ingredients but a bit plain on it's own.

I am the fan of Basil and Pinenuts!
Barilla Pesto Alla Genovese is one of my MUST in my pantry. I use on pasta, on dips, on toast! They taste so nice and I can not stop eating them!

works for me
knowing how to make pesto doesn't make me want to make it myself, and this jar comes to the rescue. yes is a little different from making it fresh, but i can deal with the time i saved and the taste.

Best, cheapest pesto available
This is my go to when my husband is working nights and I only have to cook for myself. I just cook up some fettucine and mix a couple of spoonfuls of this pesto in to it and dinners done with a bit of parmesan. Lasts well in fridge too.

I love using this pesto
I love using this Barilla pesto in pasta but also in homemade chicken and pesto sausage rolls (chicken mince, barilla pesto, bread crumbs, Parmesan, herbs etc) rolled in puff pastry which are so quick and easy to make and so delicious. My kids really love them. I always have a few jars in my pantry.

Creamy Great Taste
Lovely creamy taste which mixes in easy with pasta. I use this a lot for my young children who will eat all the pasta when covered in this sauce. A small bit goes a long way so I find it good value but I do try to buy when on sale. Convenient as always avaliable at large supermarkets.

Great taste
This Barilla Pesto sauce is very yummy and very easy to use on pasta. When you open the jar you can smell how yummy it is. Great flavour. Kids love it which is a bonus.
