Blackmores is a trusted brand for me and my family. Their Omega brain is a good product which I sometimes use as I alternate between their fish oil capsules or this. Too much of everything is bad for you hence one at a time. It has helped in me and my familys overall brain health.

My 2 children have been taking this for years (with their paediatrician's recommendation, please get your own medical advice for your own family :-)). They find them easy to take and don't complain about the taste. It's hard to tell if they actually help brain development etc. but I'm happy with them and will keep using them.
Great for post brain surgery recovery.
I had a brain tumour in my memory and movement area and these were recommended to me after both of my surgeries. I believe they’ve helped and so does my doctor.
