Brendan Pang Juicy Pork Xiao Long Bao

I didn’t enjoy these dumplings. I was expecting a soup like dumpling but was more like a plain pork dumpling. Tastes a bit like the way pork tastes before cooking it…not very nice. The rest of the household agreed they weren’t quite right. Garnished with spring onion and Kikkoman soy sauce.

These are the best for when you’re trying to save money but are craving dumplings! I definitely wish they came in bulk packs.

I usually like xiao long bao. These had a good amount of pork filling and stayed together, but the flavour of these was really bland. There also wasn’t a lot of soup in each one.

Xiao Long Bao are some of my favourite and these ones change the game! Some of the best frozen dumplings I have ever had. Restaurant quality. Recommend these to everyone!

Initially bought as something to keep in the freezer as a quick and easy dinner option. It's an understatement that it lasted long in the freezer. Was feeling lazy on a Friday night and thought I'd give it a go rather then takeaway Chinese and wasn't disappointed. Instructions where easy to understand. I was even more surprised when they came out the microwave cooked to perfection unlike most other frozen meal options that after the instructed time in the microwave come out cold in the middle. They were fluffy, light and tasted delicious. The following food shopping trip made sure to get more of them and a few other options from the Brendan Pang lineup and look forward to taste testing them.

Easy to steam, good size , affordable when half price BUT lacked flavour & very small percentage of pork filling. OK if you've never tried before but tasteless to us. We will buy the brand we usually do for their taste. texture & jam packed with filling & not all bun like these.

Tried them at Woolies while on sale and they steamed well and didnt fall apart and yes the filling remained juicy on the inside - not a strong flavour but tasty.

These are tasty and while I wouldn't say the flavour is really strong it's still pretty good. It doesn't take long to heat them up and they're delicious on their own.

I absolutely love my dumplings & it's fantastic that I don't have to go into Chinatown or an Asian grocer to get dumplings anymore. These dumplings are OKAY, There are so many on the market but I find these aren't filled with flavour & the love of your typical dumplings. Great for the convenience & snack or as a side/entree
