Fresh clean hair and sclap.
I was pleasantly surprised by how well my hair and scalp felt. It gave a really thorough clean. I would use this once a week and alternate between Head & Sholders and another shampoo.

Does what it says it will!
The shampoo left my hair squeaky clean. I don't wash my hair often, only twice a week. I did not experience any dry scalp in between washes.

Not a fan
I found the shampoo effective to prevent dandruff but I didn’t feel like my hair was clean. It felt like it had residue left behind after shampoo and conditioning. I think it was not suitable for my hair and didn’t make it look or feel clean

Good for dry and flaky scalp
I have a very dry n flaky scalp it took about 3-4 washes for the hair to be flake free. The shampoo smells good and I would recommend people with Dandruff to give Head & Shoulders Clean n Balance shampoo a go.
