COOL AND REFRESHING
Loved the smell, it felt refreshing and lathered up well, making my hair nice and clean. It was nice to have a shampoo and a separate conditioner rather than a 2 in 1 application. The only downside is CONDITIONER is large on the packaging in bold upper case, but there is nothing similar on the shampoo bottle.

The smell was good, I found the menthol was too much, too high tingling. Sort of felt like it was burning

Itchy and Flake relief
I head is always itchy and flaky with any dandruff shampoo i use, including head and shoulders. But since using the Head & Shoulders Cool Menthol Shampoo its relieved the itchiness and reduced the flakes. Im really impressed

Okay but not the best
Pleasant smell and texture, leaves hair feeling soft and smooth, menthol is not overpowering But just a good amount. Claim against dandruff seems okay. Overall an alright product.

Smooth
The Head and shoulders cool menthol shampoo is distinctly different from any shampoo I have used before. It has a very satisfying cool feeling that soothes your scalp. It is a very rich and great lather (not a lot of shampoo needed to fully wash your hair). It is very easy to recommend this product.

Have tried better
I found the shampoo very thick when it came out of the bottle which made it very difficult to lather up. There was not a very noticeable menthol scent - it was more a fruity scent. The shampoo was very drying on my hair and left it very flat and brittle feeling.

Give it a miss
I hated the cool feeling after rinsing my hair. Seems completely unnecessary. Also the shampoo bottle only had "Shampoo" written in very fine writing, unlike the conditioner.
