Love this!
I love using this. I have quite thick wavy hair and find using a traditional blow dryer quite time consuming and my arm ends up getting sore using a brush and blowdryer. Having it all in one makes it so easy and quick. I use it for a blow dry look. I struggle to make curls with it though, so when I want curls I usually use this and then tie my hair up into a heatless curler.

1 Star - Ouch! Not for delicate hair! My fine, bleached hair with extensions cried trying the Hot Tools Black Gold Volumiser. Even on low, it felt harsh, snagged, and left my hair limp and dry. If you have delicate hair, save yours the trauma!
Add volume to my thin hair
I have very fine hair, and I love use this volumiser. Make sure to use heat protection, before using any hot tool on your hair. I use it 2-3 per month. And I love it.

So easy to use
I've had my hot tools blowout brush for over 2 years now and still use it frequently. It's so quick and easy to effortlessly style your hair. It's relatively quick too, and leaves my hair feeling super soft. It can pull hair at times, but otherwise a great product.
Not for curly hair
Having curly hair that prones to frizz I found this blow out style brush not very successful. I can see how straight or fine hair would benefit but for my hair the bristles just don’t hold the hair taught enough to straighten and prevent frizz

Too damaging
This tool gets super hot. It ripped out a lot of my hair and was not suitable for my hair type. I was able to achieve a nice blowdried look (especially considering I’m a total beginner) but I can achieve the same results with a different more gentle hair tool as well. I would only recommend this to people with thick, resilient hair who don’t mind a bit of heat damage.
