LEGO® Friends Magical Ferris Wheel and Slide

This Lego set was great in that it provided three different "activities" once it was built - the slide, candy store and ferris wheel. This meant less fighting between my kids! I found that my six-year old daughter struggled a little bit in building the set (she has a few Lego sets already), as opposed to my five-year old son (who is on the spectrum and plays with Lego for approximately 5-8 hours per day). They both enjoyed building the set though, and worked together to help each other. Once finished, I found my daughter was more interested in actually playing with the set whilst my son had to be coaxed to come back to it, as he was more interested in finding more Lego to build! I would recommend this set to children under eight. I would love to see the Lego Friends sets in more inclusive colourways and styles, so that all children regardless of gender could find something they like. Overall though, this was a great Lego set!

We LOVED building the lego set! We found it sufficiently challenging yet so much fun at the same time,watching each piece come together brought new excitement for the next.we would absolutely recommend this product,Hunter spent hours playing with this after construction and now wants to go out and purchase the other sets! There were many small pieces though the instruction books included were very easy to follow and all pictorial, ensuring ease for children and encouraging autonomy and success. Thank you lego!

This lego set was really fun to make. My eldest (10 years) decided to build it (with a little irritating input from her little sister!haha) Mostly she found the build straight forward. There were a few times she needed a little guidance but it was really fun to make and the instructions were pretty straight forward. It makes a lovely little addition to our lego builds!

The kids were bouncing up and down with excitement over a new LEGO set. Both my boy, aged 7 and my girl, aged 6, sat down eagerly to start building. This LEGO set came with 3 instructions books, and 5 clearly labelled packets. The kids mainly opened everything and did the entire set themselves, supervised by mum in case of slightly misplaced pieces. The kids worked together to solved problems of how far off each pieve needed to be by counting the dots on each lego. They also helped each other by finding and picking each next peice. The instructions were clear, but the kids sometimes forgot if 1 piece was needed or more. The whole process for all 3 instruction booklets and 5 bags of lego took about 75 minutes. After which, they thoroughly enjoy playing with the characters, having them go down the slide, into the magic secret room and pretending to have the characters juggle. They loved the movable Ferris Wheel and could spin around. This set was loved by both my son and daughter.

My kids (10yo and 8yo girls) loved the LEGO Friends Magical Ferris Wheel set! They are already fans of any LEGO Friends sets, but they liked the Ferris Wheel set because it had "tricks", glow in the dark bricks ("its very cool"), and they loved how the minifigs go down the slide "super fast". When asked if they enjoyed building the set, the response was "of course!". It took my daughters about an hour to build as they would stop and enjoy the new exciting items they found. They loved the LEGO Friends theme and halfway through looked at the additional complementary sets, and want them for Christmas. The kids played with the minifigs and glow in the dark items for a long while after building. They enjoyed the moving parts and the extra touches like bowling pins and lollypop. I would recommend this set to kids who enjoy making moving parts LEGO, enjoy imaginative play and finding hidden gems.

My husband and niece loved building the LEGO Friends Magical Ferris Wheel & Slide. It was a great bonding time they had together. They especially loved all of the moving parts and the fact that they could “play” with the build and not just look at it when finished.

This Lego set was absolutely the best Lego we have played with (yes even me an adult lol) I love how strong this is once put together which means my 4 year old can also play with it without it falling apart. The children did get over how long it took to put together so I had to finish it. My six year old girl and four year old boy played with the ferris wheel and slide for HOURS! They connected with the characters and were calling them by their names. I would recommend this Lego set to anyone with young kids boys or girls it doesn’t matter!

I built this set with my 6yo daughter. It was a bit tricky for her to follow the instructions but she was a lot more engaged than previous sets we’ve made together. She has been playing with it a lot over the past few days and even her 4yo brother loves spinning the Ferris wheel. I would recommend this set but younger kids will definitely need some help building it.

This item was received but somehow for the wrong gender and age group, as my grandson is only 4. But we went ahead and assembled it. The theme and set up is very cute. I honestly think with the help of an adult this would be great for 7yrs +. The colours are bright and the glow in the dark accessories are very cool. I enjoyed making this item, but lost my grandson early as it is very fiddly. Great item to add to a young ladies collection.

The colours of this lego set was the first thing that caught my little girls attention, she loved the brightness and the fun theme! My daughter is 6 so it took a few hours for her to complete the set with some guidance but the step by step instructions were easy to follow and the pictures helped to keep her engaged. At the end she loved the pretend play of being at a fairground, and her little brother was in awe by it too as it reminded him of the circus. I think this set would be suitable for 7 and up as the package indicates, I would recommend for any child who is able to sit and concentrate long enough to build it all as it is so much more rewarding for them to do it themselves.

Had an absolute ball doing this lego with the granddaughter. Took us 3 and half hours and the instructions are easy to follow. Beautiful set and I can’t wait to buy the rest to add to the collection. Would highly recommend even as an adult too I felt like a kid again. Neatly packaged. Love the bright colours.
