After taking Melrose MCT brain power for just over a week, I cannot say that I was aware of any noticeable diffrences in my concentration levels etc. What I will say is that I work shifts and that the inconsistent sleep pattern has to be considered in my review but that said, I waa still hoping to feel some diffrences overall. The oil was easy to take, tasteless - so it could be added to anything - but probably better solids than liquids (coffee) as you are aware of the oil.

It was tasteless, so didn't have an issue with not liking it due to taste. I would consider adding to my smoothie or meal as another easier way to take it.

I found Melrose MCT brain power really easy to take. Either on it's own or mixed into a meal with a similar texture. I started taking this after a holiday just as I went back to work and found that I wasn't struggling with focus or alertness during my day. I think this made a really positive difference to how I was feeling overall.

This product was just what I needed! I work full time, I have a small child and I have become a student once again. You can imagine how much energy and focus I need to juggle all these things. The MCT oil has been very helpful in giving me the extra concentration and strength. I have noticed that I feel less tired and I also have less cravings. I will continue using it and I’m sure that with the help of this magical oil I will successfully finish my studies.

After trying Melrose Brain Power over a few weeks and grafually increasing the dose, I would say that I haven't noticed any changes. No changes to energy, sleep pattern, or feeling full for longer or my clarity.

I don't know if 1 week trial is long enough to see the benefits of MCT Brain power but I did not feel very much different using this product. There isn't any negatives to taking this on a daily basis as it is a no fuss, easy to use product, but I haven't seen any drastic change in my mental being or health wise.
