I didn’t feel that the product lived up to its claims of providing sustained mental and physical performance unfortunately. I live a very busy lifestyle and often need a boost but this didn’t help. It also didn’t blend well into smoothies or coffees, it just sat on the top making most things unenjoyable.

I don't know if it was placebo or if this is some kind of miracle oil, but I found adding the Melrose MCT Oil to my morning coffee definitely gave me an extra kick. There was one day I forgot to have it in the morning and I think I noticed a difference. I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed having it in my coffee and if it does have added health benefits like it claims I will definitely be purchasing again in the future as I really did enjoy using it. Im a stay at home mum with a 14 month old and I also freelance and have Uni... so I'm definitely a busy person. I found this MCT Oil definitely helped with brain fog. An interesting product!

This MCT oil has definitely improved my evenrgy levels and I've noticed that I do not get as hungry as I used to before taking it. I haven't noticed an improvement in mental clarity, but it is probably too early to judge. I have recommended to friends and family and will buy again.

Used it for 2 weeks as per the instructions however didn't see any obvious improvements. Not sure what the fuss is all about. Would be good if the product came with a measuring lid. Very messy the oil drips all over the bottle.

1. Taste - did not like the taste of the oil by itself. It was more bearable by mixing it into drinks / food I was having at the time. 2. Benefits - Did not felt as though I experienced any of the benefits claimed by Melrose with the MCT Oil Go For Longer. I am on a low carb diet as well which Melrose claims should provide the best result combined with the MCT Oil. Unfortunately as I mentioned earlier, personally did not experience any benefits.

I've been enjoying using the Melrose MCT oil – mostly adding it to my coffee in the morning. I feel more productive for longer and don't seem to experience my mid-afternoon slumps as I used to.

I didn't notice any impact of my energy levels, the bottle dribbles quite a bit so it is messy to pour the oil, and there are two errors on the nutritional panel which make me doubt the quality of this product: in two places it says 'Avergage Quality' where it should say 'Average Quantity' (ie, average is spelled incorrectly and they've specified quality instead of quantity).

After only a few days I noticed I was sleeping better, not waking multiple times during the night. Getting up was so much easier, and my energy didn’t fluctuate throughout the day. My hair skin and nails also saw improvement. Less breakage, extra shine and improved growth.

I am extremely impressed with this product, the first 6 days it really cleaned my bowels with twice daily bowel motions. I felt my energy levels rise after approximately 3 days and in turn having more eagerness to be physical, like exercising or walking the dogs. The dosage is easy to take, it is a slightly thick liquid that has a faint taste of coconut. I would definitely buy this product in the future and recommend to my family/friends and acquaintances.
