Great product - start slowly
This is a great product but you need to start with small amounts and work up to 1 tablespoon daily. Starting slowly avoids stomach upsets. Helps with energy and brain fog. I add it to my coffee.

Quality product
We follow a keto diet and have found this MCT kick start to be an excellent quality product. It tastes really good and has a great consistency. A bit pricey but excellent quality.
