Melrose Stress Support

I certainly don’t feel more stressed. It’s hard to say I feel less stressed because environmental things changed like covid and lockdown. This is a powder but doesn’t come with a spoon so there’s no way to measure how much you use

I definitely felt calmer while taking this product. I had less anxiety and overall felt happier throughout the day. I found my sleep had improved, my sleep tracker noted that I was experiencing deeper, good quality sleep while using this product.

I felt my sleep thoroughly improved, I’m normally a restless sleep who takes to long to fall asleep and it dramatically improved. Testing it during lockdown really put the product to the stress test.

Noticed absolutely no difference taking it. Flavour was ok for a supplement but not particularly nice either. Was disappointed in the results, had hoped it would be more effective

The product title and packaging uses the word "support" repeatedly. The key is there is no claim to reduce stress levels (as might be assumed) but rather support immunity during stress. Ingredients primarily appear to be a multivitamin of C, B6, magnesium and zinc (all common inclusions in over the counter immune supplements). Taking these vitamins/minerals synthetically where diet is lacking might provide benefit. However, far more effective to test, identify and treat a specific deficiency with theraputic dosage quantities than to use a broad multivitamin. With 120g (60 doses) retailing at $34.95 it may also be an expensive way to supplement immune support, considering e.g. vit C is readily available at much lower cost for equivalent dose. A quick search of the remaining active ingredients (ashwaganda, holy basil, rhodiola) shows traditional usage but limited scientific evidence to support claims, and loose dosage information. Husband liked the taste, I found it sandy/gritty.

This product made me feel relaxed allowing me to sleep with ease. I enjoyed the taste very much but if I add too much it was a bit too sour

I was skeptical at first whether this product really works but during the trial, I felt at ease from everyday stress due to work. It also assisted me with my sleep as I also suffering from insomnia. The taste is great. I am pleased with these product.

After researching the ingredients i was pleased to find it was packed with ingredients proven to reduce stress, it helped me feel more grounded during a stressful time and it tasted great!

I wasn’t aware of how well it was working until I received comments from my work mates how much more relaxed I looked! My sleep improved and I was able to cope better with everyday stress as well as other difficult situations.

This was a much better product than I expected it to be. The taste was very appealing. I felt my stress levels improve slightly but did not notice a change in sleep quality.

I think i was less stressed than i normally would be. The thing i noticed most was the quality of my sleep. It improved a lot. The taste was just ok, i got used to it!

I felt a little lighter on the stress level, my sleep definitely improved. I was able to fall asleep quicker and sleep more deeply. The taste was nice, not too strong and not overly sweet. Would definitely purchase it again, especially during the current circumstances on the world when you do need something to help reduce the stress.

The taste of the Melrose stress support was pleasant and easy to take. It did appear to reduce my overall stress levels which helped me to rest and sleep better. overall I would recommend giving this product a go if you are experiencing high levels of stress in your life.

Good little product, not sure if I could 100% say that my mood changed or my sleep was better however it didn’t do me any harm

I felt like it did nothing to reduce my stress levels or even add to my daily benefit as I felt like it was a bit funny tasting water that I drank and didn’t get anything out of. Being time poor adding something else in my morning really didn’t work.
