Antipasto platter staple
Have mostly used it in a professional kitchen, and this is usually a standard in making antipasto boards/platters. It's sharp and crumbly (as its label suggests) and it's a good accompaniment with other hard and/or soft cheeses. Truly an Aussie staple!

Great with crackers and wine
My favourite cheese to have with some Saturday afternoon nibbles. I love it with some crackers and wine but I'd eat it by itself anyways. Good strong flavour and easy to cut with a cheese knife. yum!

Name says it all.
Name really does say it all, Crumbly! Can be quiet messy so don’t think you need to an extra sharp knife to cut. The cheese itself is quiet bitey and flavoursome. A cheese I quiet enjoy for special occasions.

Tasty but crumbly
The sharp flavour awakens your taste buds and leaves you wanting more. While it is yummy, the crumbly nature of this cheese can be frustratingly messy and means some cheese is wasted

Mersey Valley Never Misses
Mersey Valley cheese is always delicious, the original flavour is packed full of flavour, and has a sharp, distinct taste. The crumbly nature of the cheese means it essentially melts in your mouth, it pairs well with crackers, fruit and meats, it is a must have on any cheese board.

Delicious

Cheese Platter Essential
Mersey Valley Classic is a very tasty sharp cheese. I love the crumbly texture. I use it for cooking as well as on biscuits. I wish i could buy it in 1kg blocks

Great
Great strong sharp flavour just as the packaging suggests. Delicious to add to a platter, also comes in slices which is great to add to toasted sandwiches. Delicious flavour and very enjoyable.
