Cheesy goodness
I particularly enjoy the extra bite and sharpness in the cheese, which indicates that it is a more flavorsome cheese that is free of preservatives and nasties. It has a flavor that is complex. It's ideal for grazing tables, but it's also delicious on biscuits, sandwiches, and as a snack on its own.

Definitely sharp and crumbly!
I was surprised to taste a cheese that really lives up to it's description. Beautiful sharp taste, a little bit difficult to eat with crackers but recommended if you love a strong taste!

Where’s the crackers?!
I love the thick but a little crumbly texture of this cheese. Perfect choice with crackers, pickles and a glass of wine. I have bought this over and over again

Distinctively different
This product has a sharp taste that I struggle to find in supermarket cheeses. The only thing holding it back from me eating it 5 stars would be the texture, as I found it hard to cut slices for putting the cheese on a sandwich. However, the cheese would be perfect for a platter or grazing board. Overall, a. great cheese that the whole family loved (even the kids)!

Delicious!
This is one of our favorite cheeses. Its rich, creamy and has a lovely flavor. You can't go wrong with this entire brand. All their cheeses are devine.

Strong taste
This cheese is great but a little to strong in the flavour and a little to crumbly for me but my partner absolutely loves it

Great taste
If you love cheese with flavour this is it...strong sharp bite, my only problem is it is a little too crumbling for me, you can't pick up a slice and put on a Cracker which is what I like to do. If it sliced nicely I would of rated 5 stars

Staple Cheese
Can't have a cheese platter without it. The tang makes your mouth zing. Crumbly texture that spreads that taste fast! Needs larger size packs with sustainable packaging. Highly recommended.

Mersey Valley Classic
This is my favourite hard cheese of all time. If left out of the fridge to be eaten at room temp, it is really creamy, quite crumbly which can be messy for guests, but incredibly delicious with that sharp cheddar taste. It is always reasonably priced which makes it attractive to all demographics. I love it!
