Nestle Milkybar Hot Chocolate

My favourite chocolate bar is Milky Bar, so I was so excited to see this in my local Coles. I went home and made myself a small mug of Milky Bar Hot Choc following the steps exactly. Firstly, I had a problem with little bits of the powder flocculating, so I crushed them against the mug with a spoon. Then I tasted it and found it completely insipid. Sickly sweet and insipid. I tipped it down the sink and made another one with two-thirds the milk hoping that the flavour balance might be better. But all that achieved was a more cloying sickly sweetness and more lumps. I'm afraid I threw the rest of the pack away in disappointment. If anyone is wanting to know how to make a delicious milky bar hot chocolate, my advice it to buy the block of milky bar, melt two strips of the chocolate squares with a cup of milk, and add a quick squirt of cream on top.

I have a serious sweet tooth so when I spotted this product in the store, I was eager to try it. I was disappointed though as it was extremely sweet and I could barely get through 2 or 3 mouthfuls before I started feeling queasy.

I got these when I was working in an office thinking that you'd just add hot water and it would be perfect, but its milk that is required, when you're at your desk and only have a water station, the drink is not suitable.

I found these to be very sweet I know white chocolate is sweet on its own but these were a tad too sweet for my liking I don't think I would buy them again any time soon.

It wasn't creamy; instead, it tasted like hot milk with vanilla sugar that had been blended with water and warmed up. It's best to use warm liquid, not boiling, since it splits when using boiling liquid.

Tastes not good at all. I don't really like it.

I think this product is good if you have a very strong sweet tooth, but otherwise overall its just quite sweet. I definitely prefer milk hot chocolate drinks over this.

We love Milky bars. But this was disappointing and very unpleasant, almost tasted like baby powder.. We will stick to what we love and know.

Sadly I didn’t like these, it gave me the feeling of drinking powdered milk. There was not much taste at all and it was very very sweet unfortunately I would not repurchase these.

I love milky bar and was so keen to buy these and sadly was a bit disappointed. The flavour does not really pack a punch more like put malt in hot milk. They are nice to drink but really loses the milky bar flavour :(

I thought this drink was nice. It's creamy but very light with the taste.

I tried this for the first time and it was so tasty easy to prepare and enjoyable to drink tastes just like the Milybar chocolate the only negative is that it is a little bit sweet

Overall I enjoyed it and think it’s a really yummy white hot chocolate variant that is quick and easy to make. But I will say I don’t really taste much similarity to MilkyWay I would still recommend it to others but with the awareness of not to expect a strong MilkyWay flavour.

I love milky bar so I expected a lot more for this product than what was created. You'd think you'll be digging into a warm, smooth white chocolate drink, when in reality It tastes like milk power with a yellow tinge. It is sickly sweet and doesn't resemble anything close to the chocolate bar. It is like a third party brand decided to make a cheap product and slap the brand name on it. Don't waste your money

Taste really good as a hot drink but the colour is off putting but stil a good drink
