Fast and hot boil

I tried all settings and found the 95 degree setting the best and easily the most drinkable. The kettle isn’t loud and gives a beep to let you know when it has completely boiled. It also beeps when you remove from the base and replace to the base. With the sleek look and fast boil, it’s one of the better kettles I’ve had. I really enjoy the boiling options, the choice is easy and control over the temperature is even better. I even used the kettle for my cooking this week knowing it wasn’t going to get too hot at the 70 degree mark for what I needed. Just brilliant!!!

Great kettle, great look, great features

I love this kettle. It looks great to start with & the features are amazing. The “keep warm” button has come in handy almost every time I’ve used it, so handy when your running after kids. I like that you can select different temperatures for different types of drinks. Features you never knew you needed!

Russell Hobbs Addison Digital Kettle.

Russell Hobbs Kettle Matte Black is stunning, great design, colour, looks great. Has 5 different temperature controls for a range of teas and coffee. Also a keep warm function. Very easy to use. Very impressed. There is but one detail I must point out. Having a metal spout on kettle, is not a good idea as it is extremally hot when water is boiled and easy to burn your hand. Must take care.

Russell Hobbs Addison Kettle Matte Black

I absolutely loved this Kettle, never before have I had a kettle that I could set the temp, it was so awesome to be able to drink my tea straight away and also make a cuppa for this kids that wasn't half milk. It is such a great idea. The kettle was also quiet whilst boiling which I also loved.

Perfect cuppa every time.

Before filling I noticed how light the kettle was. So easy to select the right temperature for your beverage and it is much quieter than other kettles I have used. No need to go back and check if you've switched it on, it beeps when you do and the button remains lit so you know it's doing it's job. It also gives a short beep when it's boiled so you don't have to touch the kettle to check! I also used the keep warm function and after 40 minutes the water was still hot enough to make another cup! It also looks very sleek and modern, suiting most home decor.

Awesome kettle!

Wow! I absolutely love this kettle. I fell in love with the colour straight away and found the electronic settings amazing. Such a winner in my eyes with the keep warm function. Love, love !!

Stylish

This is a stylish looking kettle that also has handy functions I didn’t even know existed. The ability to select varying temperatures is a useful feature and the ‘Keep Warm’ function is very convenient when you’ve boiled the kettle but don’t get to use it straight away.

Coffee time

Not the easiest kettle to use. Takes a bit of getting use to with all the options of different heating. I love the keep warm option on this kettle.

Ultra light weight

Ultra light weight and great matte finish colour. I love the lights which gives a good ambience to my kitchen. The only thing is it’s got a small length cord. I love the different temperatures for different hot drinks. Keep warm is a great add on. It is quiet and doesn’t take that long. The steel finish inside will help me clean easily.

The extra features make it extra special

It's a great appliance to have in your kitchen. The extra features makeit more functional in a busy kitchen. Having the "Keep Warm" fuction has been handy in recent events. I do like that you are able to set the temperature to suit what you are boiling your water for. Being both a big Coffee and Tea drinker this has been handy. It is very easy to clean, with warm soapy water and a cloth. However the writting that stated the temperatures seemed to rub off quite easily and may in the near future have it quite difficult to read, if you are not familiar with the kettle. The cord tucked underneath nicely and it stayed quite firmly. The element that heats was nicely hidden inside the kettle to make it easier to clean.

Russell Hobbs Kettle

At first I was unsure with all the temperature choices but after having tried them all I am now quite happy with the kettle and its performance. The water indicator on the front is great and easy to read, initially I didn't understand why it needed the lighted buttons but have noticed when using the kettle and I have pushed the wrong button the light makes me re-look and then I can change the temperature. I don't personally like the push button plastic lid and I find when the kettle is at maximum fill level and cooking on highest temperature level it really bubbles so caution is needed. Overall I would recommend this kettle, especially if you are a tea drinker.

I love my new kettle!

I love my new kettle. My favourite feature is the keep warm. With 5 in the house, all adults and teenagers, our kettle gets a huge workout. With tea, coffee and cups of noodles being made all day, the keep warm function is very handy. I love the look and the colour. After having a cream coloured kettle the black is awesome and doesn’t show any marks. This kettle is super quiet compared to my previous kettle. If you are thinking of buying this kettle, I highly recommend it.
