THE FIX XCramp Tablets

I really like the idea of this product, but applying the instructions to your real life context id difficult. The instructions ask you to take the tablets in the days leading up to your period, but for those who have inconsistent periods (occassionaly skip a month), this is impossible. I felt like taking two as soon as symptoms started didn't really offer any more relief than paracetamol would have, and for the price point, I didn't feel it was worth it. Ultimately not a product for me, but likely will be good for someone else who has more consistency.

I was not to happy with this product at all they made it more I to sumthi git was not only thing I liked the most was it was acapsiule but no I would not recommend this product

I was excited to try this product. I get bad cramps every month and struggle with pain through my back and hips as well. The directions require you to take 2x tablets for 5-7 days leading up to your period and then throughout your period. I took these tablets in the lead up to my period and during and got minimal relief. The pain is still there but a little subdued and taking other medication to help with the intense cramps seemed to work better and quicker than before. Looking forward to contiue using to use this product to see if it will help over a longer period of time. Just to note - the tablets are quite large, if you have problems taking Tablets it might be a struggle.
