This Stuff Works
For someone who gets cold sores, I feel like I’m an expert on this. It comes in a very small tube, but a little goes a long way… slows the virus, so the healing can begin.

Hands-down the best for cold sores!
My daughter and I get cold sores ALL the time. At the very first tingle, I start using this, and it really, really does shorten the length of time I have the sore, minimize the severity of the sore, and soothe the pain and discomfort. You couldn't pay me to use anything else!

Only good one on the market
Expensive for the tiny amount you get. But it's the only cream that will stop a cold sore, or make the appearance and growth of it less. Improvements I would have to say please make the clear medicated bandaid concealers.

Great to treat cold sores
I use this product every time I get bad cold sores. I get really bad ones that require something to get rid of them. Only thing with the pump you can not get the last bit from pump!

Best product for cold sore treatment
This product is top notch. It really does the job of helping your cold sore heal. We have some in our house all the time because we sometimes get cold sores. It works right away and is the best over the counter product for cold sores that is sold.

Works well
Clears issues quickly. Best applied as soon as the tingle is felt and reapplied as often as needed.

Abreva is #1
I recently felt a cold sore coming on so I started using the abreva. The cold sore took less than half of the amount of time to heal and was less painful then normal. 100% recommend this product for your cold sore needs!

Doesn't do its job
Doesn't help with cold sore. Waste of money. Prefer a different treatment.

Works great
As soon as I feel the tingle I put this product on and ...most time I don't get a soar and if I do it lasts less time then if I don't use the product only thing is for the price you pay AND the size of the packaging and a bit to much for how little of the product you do get !!

Great product!
It works well, but you need to rub in in a little because it's a white cream and will be noticeable if you don't.

Life saving product!
Love it! 100% had to buy it the night before prom and by the morning the mass coldsore I had dissolved into thin air, it is such a good product would highly recommend if you have coldsore issues
