Quick and easy to clean
With the whisks clicking off, they are very easy to clean. At different speeds you can mix many textures at ease. Only improvement could be to try battery powered ones. I highly recommend this for any novice baker.

Love this handmixer
I absolutely love this hand mixer. The slow start feature is amazing when baking! It starts slow and gradually gets faster and eliminates a lot of mess from splatters that would typically occur. It mixes extremely well and is now a staple in my kitchen. Highly recommend.

Great appliance
Great little appliance. It has 3 speeds it is super easy to use and clean as well. The blast feature gave extra boost to the egg whites they turned out light and fluffy. It's small and compact, making it easy to be put away and leaving space in my cabinets. The cord is the perfect length too.

Classic, reliable mixer
This mixer is a great lower budget addition to any hobby bakers kitchen. As seen in some other reviews it does slow down with a thicker batter but works wonders for cakes, eggs, and smaller batches of cookies. It is light weight and super easy to clean. I would recommend it to anyone that doesn't do large batch baking.

Good bang for your buck
The HB electric hand mixer is a very good basic baking tool. It’s not as durable (slows down a bit for thick batters or doughs). But considering the price - EXCELLENT value. It’s a great go to when you don’t have storage or budget for the high end ones.

Had one for years
I have had the same Hamilton hand mixer for years, when it comes to whipping up eggs for a pie or cake mix this gadget definitely works well. I find it easy to clean and it has held up for a long time

So handy
Love this for quick mixing of pancakes, eggs, whipped cream, and such when I don't feel like dragging out my big stand mixer. I find this hand held mixer more versatile than my stand mixer

Basic no fluff
I personally love Hamilton Beach appliances, personally as someone who enjoys both cooking and baking for a large family this is not a favorite of mine it's slower setting don't work well for more condensed mixing of ingredients and only having the 1 whisk attachment is only gd for simple things like eggs or sauces cakes more liquidize simple prep work.
