Kérastase Sérum Anti-Casse Fortifiant

I’ve been using this serum daily for the last 3 weeks. It has a nice floral scent. The dropper makes for easy application. I would recommend applying it before bed instead of the morning, and massaging it in as it left a bit of a residue. I’ve noticed less hair fallout in my hair brush and in the bathroom. The packaging says to use for at least 6 weeks, will continue to use to see full results.

This made my head very itchy. My hair was oily and the scent was very strong. I would not use this product or recommend it.

This is a lovely product and smells lovely. Some say it smells too strong but I like it. It is easy to use but it was hard to say weather or not it worked as stated because it was very hard to use daily as it made my hair incredibly oily and looked awful dirty. I wish I would have been a lighter wear.

I had never tried a serum in my hair/on my scalp before so was a bit hesitant. I applied to dry hair before bed. I began to notice a difference in about a week. My hair felt stronger and I think it looked healthier. I was very pleasantly surprised!

I was very excited to try this product but a little disappointed with the outcome. It left my hair feeling greasy and I did not notice a difference in my hair strength in the time that I used it. I really wanted to like it but just wasn't that excited about it as I tried it.

This serum has been quite nice so far. I have not used it for thr full 6 weeks as recommended on the bottle yet as I've just received the sample about 2 weeks ago. So far, I've liked the product in that it doesn't make my hair feel super oily/slick. I don't think I've used it long enough to fully see whether or not it will make a difference for my post partum hair loss/breakage. Will report back again once I've used it for a full 6 weeks.

I liked the consistency of the product as it did not make my hair feel oily. I was not bothered by the smell either. I find it mixed well and gets absorbed into my hair.

My hair was damaged due to dying my hair a vibrant red color. This product came at the right moment. It is light, non grease, gave my hair the shine it needed. I would recommend this product

To be honest when I first received this product and read it I had my doubts as most people would; however I followed the directions and used it as they had said faithfully and by the fourth day I was surprised while washing my hair that I was already seeing less hair fall as the days continued I seen less and less throughout the day and in my brush. It never made my hair feel oily or greasy or look dirty at all it does not have a very strong odor either and because I have a very dry scalp with psoriasis on it I was kind of wary about using this in those places however to my surprise this is actually helped clear it up I found less and less dry skin flakes and itching on my scalp since I have been using this product. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who has any type of hair fall dry scalp or just want a healthier scalp and hair as they age. I am so thankful I was introduced to this product thank you

I found there to be a visible difference in my hair after about a week of use. Less hair fell out when I washed my hair and there was much less hair in the brush. I started using the product right after a haircut, and have noticed much less breakage on my ends as well. The serum did not leave my hair greasy, and it smells very nice. I will definitely be buying this product, and look forward to trying other items in this line.

I tried out Kerastase Anti-Breakage Fortifying Serum for the past few weeks hoping to see considerable results and whilst I did notice some improvement, it was not enough for me to include this product in my on-going hair care regimen. The scent was quite strong and “masculine” which I didn’t actually mind, but not too overwhelming for myself (however anyone who is sensitive to perfume may not be able to handle it as it does linger). I was unable to use the serum on a daily basis as I did notice some increased heaviness (like a mild greasy feeling), but it did help with frizz and static! The applicator is neat so that you know the exact amount to dispense but the process was time consuming having to apply to the scalp directly in sections. I didn’t notice a substantial difference in reducing shedding/breakage. It’s not a bad product, but didn’t have the results I had hoped for.

The product recommends 6 weeks of use to see results, I was able to use it for 1 week before I could no longer take the strong scent. I did notice it went on dry hair without leaving an oily residue and seemed to add some volume as well, but the smell was just too overpowering. I believe this could have been an amazing product, but I cannot get past the nauseating scent, but for someone who likes strong scents, this might be suited for them.

I suffer from dry scalp and hair breakage, so the Kérastase Sérum Anti-Casse Fortifiant was exactly the type of product I had been searching for. Till now, I had to apply hair oil or body lotion to my scalp, which would make it look greasy or sticky. With this serum, since it seems to be water soluble, it melts right into my skin and doesn’t make my roots look greasy, unless I use too much. I feel that the product works best when apply it all over your scalp nightly after your shower when the hair is damp, and then to targeted problem areas in the morning if needed. I haven’t yet noticed less hair loss/breakage, but I have noticed that I get less flakey dry skin and my scalp is barely itchy at all!

I have always had a issue with hair breakage, and having so much hair in my hair brush or on the floor after brushing. After just one week I noticed considerable less hair fall. I can’t believe how well this product works. I wish I had known about this sooner. It also smells great, isn’t greasy and easy to use. It is a bit pricey, but in my opinion worth it. I would definitely recommend this product and I am going to try other products by Kerastase.
