Great cup of coffee
Excellent coffee maker. My daughter got one and I absolutely love it. It makes a smooth cup or a pot. I go over just to have coffee. It looks so good with the rest of the appliances. I need to get my own. I recommend this to everybody who loves coffee.
Strong product and coffee
We’ve been using the Braun MultiServe Coffee Maker for a little while now, and it’s honestly great for what it is. The flexibility to brew a single cup or a full pot is super handy, and the convenience factor is definitely strong—it’s quick, easy to use, and perfect for busy mornings. That said, since we’re also used to our fully automatic De’Longhi machines with all the bells and whistles, this one does leave a little to be desired in terms of customization and extras. Still, for a straightforward, reliable brewer, it’s a solid 4 stars from us!

So happy with my upgrade
I love this coffee maker it does so many things to enhance my coffee drinking experience. I enjoy the shelf for a single mug of coffee. I enjoy the over ice for chilled coffee. The ability to make iced coffee is also great. The carafe is fantastic to pour. The only downfall is not all travel mugs fit underneath. I've saved so much money making iced coffee at home! It's a very great design and I love the filter in the water reservoir. I have no complaints and upgraded to better coffee beans to enjoy more coffee at home.

Nice one
This coffee maker was exactly what I was looking for in terms of features. However can't tell you how it works as the carafe was cracked on arrival. I contacted hamilton beach about it and in days they acknowledged my request and indicated they would replace it free of charge with the caveat of having to wait 14 days for it to arrive. My hope now is that a glass carafe mailed by itself makes it to me unbroken.
