In the past, some of the prebiotics I used caused mild bloating and slight sensitivity. I have been using Markofruct and my stomach feels great, it was doing a good job of digesting and eliminating as it is supposed to, without the usual bloating, or sensitivity that I have experienced. The second reason I would highly recommend this product is the chamomile flavor, which is known to be a soothing herb. I believe chamomile is one of the main reasons why I did not experience stomach sensitivities. In addition, the product is also lactose free and gluten free, which makes this product versatile enough to all my friends and family, even those who are lactose intolerant. I also enjoyed the fact that this is a tea, which I prefer over pills, as it is easy to consume. The taste is mild and quite enjoyable, it does have a calming effect which is typical of Chamomile tea. Overall, Markofruct is a great calming, soothing, and all natural supplement that improves the ecology of the gut.

I found that it became a part of my daily routine, it was easy to take and made a difference in my gut health.

Good quality, love the serving packets size. Easy to take and store.

I don’t drink bottled water so I find the single packs a little hard to measure / use. I have also not noticed a difference in my digestive system since using the product

The product came yestyerday, so I'm just going on tasting it for one day, the flavour is alright, not sure how effective it is due to such short time

This probiotic is great because taste like camomile tea. I started 3 days ago and it helped my stomach work better although I was bloated in the first day. I often need to add probiotics into my routine to support my digestion and intestine function. It definitely will have markofruct as my option too.

The taste was pleasant and the drink was easy to swallow. I found that it took some effort to dissolve the package contents.
