Carnation hot chocolate. Comfort in a cup. So good and creamy. I have made it with hot water but like the taste better with hot milk. Not just a winter time hot drink. I enjoy it all year round instead of coffee. 

Comfort drink

The company I work with, gives back to the community by hosting play dates at the schools in the area. And in the month of February we host a hot chocolate day and we both a case of the Carnation form Amazon. These hot chocolate are so rich that we were able to use it for 3 school with over 1000 kids and still have a few remaining. We didn't have to ad mo milk or sugar. It was so rich and creamy, all we did was add hot water and the hot chocolate was delicious

Creamy and Delicious 

This is the best hot chocolate it dissolved well and tastes so rich and creamy. We like to put the small marshmallows on top for the kids and see who can wait to drink it after the marshmallows melt. Sometimes us adults like to add some Irish crème to it for a treat. 

Creamy hot chocolate 

I was excited to try Nestlé Carnation Simply 5 Hot Chocolate because of its simple ingredients, but it just didn’t live up to my expectations. The flavor was a bit too mild for me, and it lacked that rich, chocolatey comfort I look for in a good hot cocoa. It’s not bad—just not my favourite. I prefer something a little creamier and more indulgent. Great idea with the clean ingredients, but the taste didn’t quite win me over.

Not Quite the Cozy Cup I Hoped For

I do enjoy a nice cup of hot cocoa on a cold day. Kids love it as well. We always keep on hand. It would get five stars if it had more cocoa and less sugar. And if it were to have real vanilla instead of just the flavour.

Kids love it 

The product is made from quality ingredients. It contains only five ingredients: cane sugar, modified milk, cocoa, salt, and vanilla flavour.

The product has an excellent taste and is not too sweet. Two tablespoons of the mix contain about 20 grams of carbohydrates, including 19 grams of sugar. It also doesn’t contain too much salt—around 95 milligrams.

What’s convenient about this product is that the milk is already included. You only need to add hot water to enjoy a delicious hot chocolate.

We already have other Nestlé products, such as Nesquik for the mornings, but this hot chocolate is a must-have, especially in winter after spending time outdoors. We are very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it.

Good taste but not too sweet

Love this hot chocolate mix! It's the perfect mixture of cocoa, milk and sugar. I love that i just need to add hot water and that's it! I do find it on the pricier side but it's worth it. I also like that there's not a lot of weird ingredients added.

Best hot chocolate!

A cup of milk and a cocoa is my perfect combination of hot chocolate during this cold weather. And nestle carnation simply hot chocolate is my go-to brand, not too sweet but taste so good. It makes my morning and evening complete.

This is the best hot chocolate on the market. The notes of flavor is amazing. It is not over sweet it is just right. Alot of hot chocolates drinks are very sweet but this one is nice.

Love this product, I have used this for years and make it with hot milk. This is a great product to bring with you anywhere you go. 

Great hot chocolate !

We make it every winter it’s tradition but we also love to make it on cooler summer nights and sit enjoy each others company! Keep on making great hot chocolate. Mind you we would also love more marshmallows! They’re our favourite part aside from the whipped cream 

My daughter and I love this

Every year specially in the winter I buy this hot chocolate and really enjoy with it . I use it as a drink or sometimes in the patisserie. It has real and sweet taste and its so yummy.

We go through a large tub of this every year. We usually make it part Milk, part water, but it can be made with either. We love the simplicity of ingredients, the flavor and the value. 

Note that the water must be fairly hot to dissolve the powder, so not suitable for chocolate milk. 

10/10 would recommend!

Very simple hot chocolate mix. Nothing to complain about as it is very satisfying hot chocolate mix. No hidden or surprise ingredients. Very satisfying chocolate taste. Got a big version from Costco and due to it not expiring have had for a while already and it will last a while longer.
