Good flavour
They are so beneficial for me. They help really well with dehydration and works quickly to restore energy. Fruit punch flavour is so good and refreshing, small packets are so convenient you can carry them anywhere you go. Highly recommended.

It's good and gets you off soda
These are really tasty and let you drink more water without even knowing it it is a good way to get off sugary drinks it also has electrolytes in it so if you are doing work throughout the day it helps keep you hydrated I think the flavor of this is good and it goes a long way I use half a packet in a bottle of water

We have used this product several times, especially when our kids have been down and out and require that extra hydration. Nice having the peace of mind knowing our kids are getting the much needed electrolytes and hydration they need
Quick Way to Recalibrate
I tried these after a bout of stomach discomfort. After extended bouts of vomiting and stomach distress, I was feeling depleted. Tried this product and have to say it helped. I was feeling a little more energetic and not so depleted shortly after taking this. Would definitely consider using again after sickness or extended exertion.
Great way to get your electrolytes!
I take medication that tends to make me very dehydrated. I am not a fan of drinks such as Gateraide and have a hard time getting enough water daily. This product allow me to get the electrolyes and need. My 89 year old mother also uses this product.

When I used this I felt instantly refreshed during a stomach flu. I got the hydration I needed and it tastes great too. I feel like these electrolytes are a second good source of hydration rather than drinking water. It flavours your water and enhances your hydration experience. 10/10
