Ineffective
If you're having serious difficulties falling and staying asleep this will not help you. You might as well just take gravol and hope for the best. I would not recommend this at all.

ZzzQuil works wonders
I was having troubles sleeping at night , not getting enough sleep was irritable with everyone through out the day so I decided to try these and they worked wonders , im not sure long term effects because ive just recently tried them but I woke up feeling refreshed like I had a great nights sleep!

Works good
I tried this a couple times and fell asleep pretty fast and stayed asleep for the whole night but felt groggy all morning and just didn’t feel great. I’m hoping it was just an odd coincidence and will try it again.

Great nights sleep
Tried other products and found they didn't work very well; but I found I got a good night's sleep with these. Took about 30 minutes before bedtime.

These have a shockingly sweet taste, but really help you fall asleep quickly, stay asleep and wake up feeling refreshed! There should be an option for an extra strength one for others who may need higher dosage!

Natural sleep

Very calming
I was worried to try at first but I finally did and they were very calming. I didn't wake up groggy the next day. They were also tasty. I also love that I only need to take 1 and in 30 mins I'm ready for bed.

Good sleep
Can’t stay asleep lately lots of excitement over Christmas. My friend told me to try this. It worked! I slept well and didn’t wake up in the night. No aftertaste. No morning drowsiness either. I’ll buy it again!
