Must Have If You Like Lavender!
I love the smell of lavender and wanted to fall asleep in the tub! I didn't so much need it for sore muscles, but it definitely helps to calm & soothe. I did find you needed a lot of salts (the recommendation is 2 cups per bath!) and the bag is a bit on the smaller side. It's probably enough for 4-6 baths in total if you use the full 2-cup recommendation.

Really Relaxing
I really love this in my baths, when you mix it in with the hot water it makes your whole bathroom smell really nice. It made my skin feel good after the bath, and I don't know if it was just a placebo, but I fell asleep really quickly after.

They're okay
I bought these lavender Epsom salts to relax and soothe my muscles after a long day. The product was easy to use, just add a cup to a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes. The scent was pleasant and not too overpowering. The salts dissolved well and did not leave any residue on the tub. However, I did not notice any significant difference in my mood or muscle tension after using the product. I expected to feel more calm and relaxed, but I felt the same as before. Maybe I need to use more of the product or soak for longer, but I was not impressed by the results. Overall, I think these lavender Epsom salts are okay, but not amazing. They do what they are supposed to do, but they do not wow me.

Smells amazing
By using the aromatherapeutic lavender scent in this Epsom salt soak, its guaranteed to relax your muscles and mind. Being someone who is sensitive to fragrances on my skin, I had no issues with this product. It was soothing and comforting to lay on to help get me through cold nights after a long day. I recommend this product for anyone looking to unwind in the tub and ease tired muscles. Its fantastic.

Great for tried muscles
Put some in your hot bath and the hint of lavender helps you sleep and the Epson salts help your sore muscles . Love this!!

Smells amazing
I work long hours on my feet so I struggle with sore tired aches and pains and this product is my go to for a hot bath some pain relief as well as a relaxing smell. I do use other Dr Teals but the lavender one I must always have on hand at home

Great stress relief soak
Loved this epsom salt, great for a relaxing warm bath after a tiring day. I always feel more relaxed and my feet stop to hurt. It’s affordable as well so no complaints about the pricing for me.

Epsom salts
These epsom salts smell so nice without being overwhelming. Eases my dry itchy skin in one soak and relaxes my muscles after golf. I wish they would make larger bags so I never run out!

I’m absolutely obsessed with this
The scent is so addicting I’ve also bought lavender satchels for my house and dryer sheets. The lavender scent is classic and fresh and ideal for unwinding before bed. I find the lavender scent so incredibly calming that it is one of the only things that can help me get relaxed when I feel my anxiety coming on. At an extremely reasonable price I don’t feel guilty buying this product so often. I would highly recommend this product to anyone but particularly those who suffer with anxiety and/or insomnia.

My favorite Epsom salt
The lavender fragrance is very relaxing and perfect for a bath just before bed to wind down, calm your senses and soothe sore muscles and arthritis pain. My body loves Dr Teal's brand of products.
