Mengenyangkan plus sedap
Sy pernah cuba produk ni sekali.. yes memang sgt mengenyangkan dan sgt mudah nak bancuh.. rasa sedap sbb ada oat dan cookies.. jadi pada yang xsuka sarapan berat2 boleh cuba yg ni.. awesome!
Kenyang tapi rasa nya kurang sikit
Dah cuba produk ni masa try diet. Okay lah buat kenyang lebih lama, tak rasa lapar cumanya taste dia kurang sikit. Yang lain ok.
Not Effective for Me
I bought this meal replacement during Ramadan (fasting month) and consumed during sahur but it makes me more hungry after two hours. Maybe it's not for me.

Produk yang sangat bagus bagi yang berusaha untuk menurunkan berat badan kerana ia dapat mengurangkan selera makan dan perut akan berasa kenyang yang lebih lama.

Good for lose weight
It taste like ice cream cookie & cream with chocolate but in term of powder. If you are not good with powder taste drink, its not recommended.

I bought it to lose some weight but I can't finish them due to the taste. It taste a bit powdery for me. However, it contains all the good ingredients that will helps with satiety such as oat, konjac, soy protein & chia seed.
