I have used to stay up until mid night since my childhood time and I definitely knowing this is a bad habit. But we all know is not easy to change a habit. Thus, somehow this bad habit has been affected my daily life such as I might have headache at the morning or I cant focus well during day time. Besides that, I have yellowish skin as well which make me looks really unhealthy. Other than the sleeping issue, I have indigestion issue as well, and I always feel bloated. After tested Livasil, the main changes I can see is I feel better at the morning, and sometimes I even feel fresh at the morning. Indigestion issue is not solved, but somehow it's helped as the frequency has been reduced.
