Lifesaver for period cramps!
This patch deivers. Heat consistent, not too hot even put directly on skin and last long enough to get through the day. The lavendar scent is mild. Easy to stick on, stays in place even walk through the day and the most importantly, it is way better than using a hot water patch. Been using it years before and no complaints on this product. Solid !
