Works well for me when I am having cramp, but the heat transmission cannot be sustain too long. Perhaps within 5-6 hours, you need to change it.
good for On-The-Go
I've used this brand twice for now. It does stick well to my undies, but the heat was not enough for me as the period pain was unbearable for me. Really hope the heat will be increase later on.

Lifesaver for period cramps!
This patch deivers. Heat consistent, not too hot even put directly on skin and last long enough to get through the day. The lavendar scent is mild. Easy to stick on, stays in place even walk through the day and the most importantly, it is way better than using a hot water patch. Been using it years before and no complaints on this product. Solid !
