Having product tested Berocca in a very out of the ordinary time (lockdown during Covid 19) I absolutely feel this made a difference to my alertness and energy and defiantly helped day to day. Although not a miracle worker it helped me with the boost I needed during an afternoon to see me over to the evening. To begin with I did struggle to take in morning (because of the chalky taste) but as the days went on I did become used to it, this is something that would put me off purchasing and using daily (taste and texture not for me), it'll be interesting to see the difference going forwards and if it’s worth putting up with the awful taste in a morning for the boost throughout the day.

ever since this berocca was sent to my attention i can say i finally found something i love and not a single regret this has had a huge impact on my life from waking in the morning feeling sluggish to waking up feeling like im so ready for work ive got all the energy and because i am a early childhood teacher man i tell you the kids have seen a different side to me hahaha my energy levels are insane !! thanks to this amazing flavor it taste so good !!! very satisfied and beyond grateful and happy i got to try this :)

i took the berocca everyday for the duration of the course at first i didnt even notice anything or feel any more energised but still took it some afternoons i would go for walks normally i wouldnt be bothered going for walks but i felt like it not sure if was because i was taking the berocca or not over all i would say i didnt feel real energised at all but while taking it difintly done a lot more exercise and walks than before taking it so must have helped in some way

Berocca has had a great positive impact specifically on my energy and work. I work 14 hour shifts at a time. 2 days dayshift and 2 nights night shit and then I have a "weekend" I used to battle, when I started taking berocca, i was able to produce top performance at work and was able to swop my nights and days as needed. I highly recommend berocca for everyone.

The berocca i recieved to trial to me was actually good was a eye opener for me as i personally don't reach for this as my first option. Overall i noticed a slight diffrence to how my day usually pans out with my energy levels as a mother and working from home with my art business. Also would like to point i am low un iron and i feel it has significantly uplifted me up last 28days. The taste is different at first if your not used to it as im used to coffee or a blue v is hard but you get passed it i did because the flavor was one of my fav which is mango so didnt find it too hard 1week in to it. I def reccomend the product dont just walk passed it actually try it..since nz is under lockdown ive added this to my weekly shopping.
