My youngest (11) helped cook it. I find if she helps she is more likely to eat the meal She loved it and we both found it easy to prepare. I do prefer it with meat as opposed to just having it as a side dish. Thanks for the sample as its been a while since I cooked Rice Rissoto and I had forgotten about it really.

Diamond Rice Risotto Chicken is a good pantry staple to keep in the cupboard. While you can eat it on its own I love adding grilled chicken and vegetables to mine to make a more well rounded meal. This makes good leftovers too. It was super tasty the next day for lunch.

I think the taste is great for adults and children however if it's not cooked CORRECTLY, the texture can put it off very easily. But I would highly recommend as a family snack or dinner with Veges and meat for sides. Delicious & cheap meal :)

It took about twice as long as recommended for the water to absorb, and ended up very thick and sticky. The kids didn't like thick sticky texture. Did make a lot though.

Diamond Rice Risotto is a great standby for the cupboard. It is so quick and easy and can be bulked out or changed slightly with a few additional ingredients added. Leftovers are great the next day, as are rice risotto sandwiches. I would be more likely to buy when on special because the standard price seems just a wee bit expensive for what it is

I had a wonderful experience cooking and enjoying Diamond Rice Risotto. It was straightforward and quick to prepare and only used a few utensils (I'm not a fan of clean up!). I'm a working professional and work some long hours during the week - When I get home, I really need something quick and easy to prepare that tastes great, and Diamond Rice Risotto totally ticked those boxes for me. I could see myself buying a few packs of this for my pantry for these crazy weekday nights. Next time, I'd definitely add in some extra veges and meat to bulk it up a bit!

Was nice but perhaps a little salty but having two hungry teenage kids in our family would’ve needed to make a double batch at least. Took a look e while to make sure the rice was tender also initially still a little under done in the suggested cooking time on the box

Diamond rice risotto is easy to make you can add it as part meal or you can add chicken, vegetables and even some bacon to for hole meal. My son loves this and after a long day of work it’s so easy to make so you have more time for family, other house hold duties or even putting your feet up to relax.
