Great for meals
This is the best option for salads and pasta bakes, it has no additional flavour which means you can add your own when mixing it with other foods. It also tastes great on its own and is great for sandwiches too.

One of the best
In my opinion sealord tuna in spring water is the best on the market,unlike alot of tinned tuna that are in oil they can be too oily,but the spring water does make a difference,and it's also nice and chunky which I like also

Great snack!
This tuna is great to have on hand. Perfect in a sand which or tuna pasta. Also great to add into brown rice and veges.

Good flakey tuna
I buy this for myself and my toddler. It has less sodium/salt and more protein than John West brand. Tastes good, nice and flakey

We use this tuna a lot, kids and hubby love tuna sammies and this is a great size and no added flavours or textures.

Lovely snack
This tuna makes a great snack and it feels quite light compared to the olive oil one I would usually buy. Great for sandwiches and the like. Yummy.

Love this tuna brand, have tried the water one while I was on a diet and I can say it is a good substitute to the olive oil one if you are watching calories or fats. . .

Fish lover
This brand is amazing and i feel you get more in this can than other brands. Its also moist and can be used in salads, in baking or eaten by itself. The spring water tuna is nice as its a healthier option in comparison to tuna in oil. Def highly recommended.
