Stock for all your cooking
This is a stable in my kitchen. Halal and gluten free with awesome flavor and salt balance. I use it in cooking and marination. Couldn’t do without it.
Full of MSG
I want to love this product, it packs a lot of flavour into vegetarian meals but having read the ingredients I’ve discovered it’s full of MSG which is really unfortunate.
Stock with Flavour
I read about this product on a cooking forum and bought it. To my surprise I really like it. The flavour is more intense with less salt than other brands. It can be used as a stock or flavour enhancer by sprinkling the vegetables or meat prior to cooking.
Best stock ever
This is the best stock to use across the board. You can also use it as seasoning or coat your veggies before you roast them. It also makes a great soup base for literally any soup.
Love this stock
I love this product and use it in almost every dish I make the taste makes a positive contribution to the dish. Recommend highly
Good flavour
I bought this product for my little ethical vegetarian. It is totally vegetarian and vegan. Added great flavour to the tofu balls I made. As a meat eater now flexitarian, I loved them. Unfortunately he’s fussy so he didn’t, but not the stock’s fault. The stock is great, I can see it is packed with vegetables. I love that it comes in a tin like this, which seals tightly, so I can use as much or little as I want. I was using the gels, but the biggest pack only contains 8 which doesn’t last long. Plus they each make 2 cups which is far too much for most meals I cook.
Decent but not amazing
The flavor is good and adds depth to soups and sauces, but it’s a bit salty and not as rich as I expected for a “gourmet” stock powder. Works fine for quick meals, but I’d probably try something else next time.
My Absolute Favourite Stock
I absolutely love this product. It not only is my favourite stock but I also use it as a flavour enhancer is many dishes like casseroles, curries, soups and pasta dishes. It is so versatile and such a great flavour.
Easy to use and lasts long in the pantry
Vegeta Vegetable Stock Gourmet Powder is great if you’re after an easy vegetarian stock. Powder in the tin lasts a long while and doesn’t get too moisture. Flavour wise, it’s great to add to soups and pasta’s . A little goes a long way. Certainly recommend the this brand!
