More than just a soup
I came across a recipe many years ago that used pumpkin soup as a pasta sauce with chorizo and fettuccine, i love this soup for this, adding some sage gives an extra dimension to the flavour

Convenient but little bland
I loved that it was shelf stable so easy to take to work for lunch. However I think the convenience has impacted the taste slightly. While it is still tasty it is a little blander then fresh soup. Once adding some sour cream and fresh herbs it was delicious!

Nice quick easy meal option. Good flavours Shame it contains gluten and could potentially use some more salt and pepper but can easily add those to your liking.

It's ok
It's ok, the soup is nice and thick and the pumpkin flavor is good, however, it is a bit too sweet. After adding some salt and pepper did make it better. I do appreciate the ease of preparation.

Quick easy meal
Good way to have a quick easy meal. I personally don’t like pumpkin soups but trying this one I appreciated the flavours and ease of use. Enjoyed how easy it was to make also.

Not a fan
I gave this 2 stars because it was convenient to prepare. However, it didn’t smell very appealing, nor did it look like what I’d expect pumpkin soup to look like. The consistency feels thick and doesn’t taste very flavorful, reminding me of baby food. It might be decent when you’re in a pinch or don’t have much time to put something warm together, but I’m not a fan of the taste. You can definitely taste that it is an instant meal.
