Bonina is one of those products na akala mo simple lang, pero maraming benefits. I tried this milk supplement dahil nirecommend sa akin ng OB ko. Ang sarap ng lasa, hindi nakakaumay at sakto lang ang tamis—parang dessert pero healthy! Creamy siya lalo na pag malamig ang tubig. Madaling tunawin, walang buo-buo. Nakakatulong din talaga siya sa energy ko, lalo na pag pagod ako. Wala akong naramdamang kabag o sakit ng tiyan after inumin. Maganda rin sa digestion at may nutrients for pregnancy, kung yun ang purpose mo. Hindi lang siya para sa buntis, pati sa mga adults na gusto ng healthy milk drink, okay din. Kaya sobrang recommended!

sobrang sarap
I tried it through Home tester Club and now im going to purchase it soon. Bonina is so yummy and creamy and it did not disappoint me. I love it so much and will truly going to recommend it . Plus it's not too sweet and that's what I really like in milk. I'm not a milk person but since I'm currently pregnant I have to drink milk and I recommend this milk for first time moms.
