First of all, I just want to inform you that I was the one who personally consumed the whole can content since I just turned 50 years old last May 2021, I assumed it's ok for me to drink Ensure Gold.. At first I was hesitant to drink milk because I have issues in drinking milk I'm a lactose intolerant, by the time I drink the Ensure Gold Milk I observe my stomach but to my surprise I didn't had a bad experience until now..and I felt even better everyday, I had a good sleep at night.. I didn't had a bad feeling in my knee/knee joints.. I can walk freely without worrying that may knee would hurt.. I can even go to market walking..
