In fairness, literal na pang day or night nga! I used it overnight and hindi talaga ako natagusan. Though it claims to offer all-day and all-night protection, 'yung anxiousness nandiyan pa rin (normal naman ‘yun haha), but I can confidently say it truly serves its purpose. Reliable and effective!
