I like that it helps me feel fresher especially during my period or after a sweaty day. I only use a small amount and rinse well — no irritation at all. Just remember it’s not a cure for infections, more like an extra step for hygiene. Overall, I’d recommend it if you want something gentle that won’t mess with your pH.
