Very helpful supplement for my senior citizen dad

I gave it to my father who endures joint pains. Upon taking wellgreens turmeric, he noticed a slight improvement on his joint pains but also experienced slight headaches when he took it during the day. He then switched to taking it at night after dinner and did not experience the headaches anymore. He has yet to finish the 3 blister packs but so far, his joint pains had lessened especially in the morning when the pain is more prominent. There is a gradual relief from joint pains.
