Calming and ease me to sleep
I used to sleep late past midnight and simply find it very hard to dose off. I had tried many ways just to get a good night sleep like darkening the room, no caffeine after 3pm, no phone after 10pm etc, but nothing seems to work. I would try really hard to just close my eyes and sleep. But after taking this, I am able to dose off naturally after 30 mins. I am so happy that this works for me. Somehow after taking it, I felt calm, settled and would start to have the feeling to wanting to rest. I felt well rested the next morning without any side effect. This product is so good!!

Bring a light sleeper, tried this product and apparently have more rested sleep for the past weeks. Will continue to try and hopefully body will not get too reliant or immune to the product over time.

Helps me fall asleep very quickly!
This really works! I take it about 45 mins before bedtime and it starts to relax me for bedtime. It helps me stay asleep the whole night and I feel refreshed , not drowsy after waking up. It also doesn’t have any side effects for me.

Help to relax before sleep
In the beginning, I took the tablets before I sleep and I didn’t feel any use. In fact I ended up having more anxiety and could not sleep well. Perhaps after a week of trying the supplements, it began to show the effects and I could go to sleep at a faster rate. It wasn’t immediate but it was much better than before. However i did not have a full proper sleep, I would wake up just a few hours.

Sleep Like A Baby
After taking CENTRUM Calm & Rest for 3 weeks, my overall well-being has improved significantly. I am able to fall asleep in just less than 10 minutes and the sleep is a peaceful one. It helps me to calm down and remove any stress/worries that I have in my work. It is a feeling like these stresses and worries do not exist anymore and my brain just switch off totally and fall into a deep slumber. This feeling is so great as it gives me the peace that I am longing for. As I am a person who wakes up in the middle of the night to go toilet, usually I have difficulty to fall asleep after that. But after taking CENTRUM Calm & Rest, going back to slumberland immediately is a piece of cake now. My bowels have improved also as this supplement contains probiotic. The supplement is easy to consume as it is small and round.
