Centrum lutein
I have tried Centrum Lutein for about a month. This supplement contains 20mg of lutein per capsule. There are 60 capsules which can last 2 month. Eyes were less tired and dry. The frequency of floaters have reduced which is great. Need to take long term to se better effects. Small capsule makes it easy to swallow. Only con is the capsules tends to clump together. Perhaps the manufacturer can add desiccant into the packaging.

Easy to swallow pills
Been over 3 weeks since I've been taking this lutein supplement. I suffer from very dry eyes especially at the end of the night and have to use eye gels sometimes. Did not notice any improvement for my dry eyes though the dosage is the recommended one.

Great antioxidant for better eye health
This is a great supplement for eye health. The supplement is also easy to take. After trying this product for three weeks, I can also see the difference as my eyes dont get that tired these days although I tend to have a long screentime at work. Wonderful product for eye health as a powerful antioxidant.

Clumps easily, but easy to digest
It clumps together easily, everyday when I take have to shake it a little to dislodge them. Maybe it's the humidity in Singapore that they are exposed everytime we open? But quality of the pill when taken out is ok, it isn't sticky or anything like that. The pill size and softness (a little gel-like) makes it easy to ingest, for those that have difficulty with swallowing pills. Cannot really comment about the effectiveness since it's not something that's obvious that way but just to support eye health

My eyes are too tired, effects are weak
Maybe I have overworked my eyes. The pills are easy to slow. But I don't feel much effects yet. Generally vitamins need at least 3 months to see any effects. So for now about 3 weeks+ consumption, I can't really notice any obvious effects.

Mild and no side effects
After opening a few days later and despite back the cover well, the soft gels stuck together but still can be easily separated. Effects are slightly mild but eyes are lesser tired.
