Good probiotic, no side effects
I took probiotic to strengthen my guts, prevent feeling of bloated and also improve overall health. Centrum Triple Action is convenient to take, in capsule form. No smell, or weird taste. For effectiveness however, I find Centrum Triple action is ok in strengthening my digestion, but it doesn't really reduce my bloatedness. It takes some time to see improvement in my digestion. But it is still overall good probiotics and I recommend it.

I’ve tried this for 3 weeks and have been taking it daily after my meal. Each serving is 2 capsule, they are easy to swallow and I can feel slightly that my digestion has improved- less bloating and bowel movement is smooth.

helps improve gut health
after taking the probiotics consistently for a few weeks, i observed less bloatedness and more regular bowel movement. I have had a long history of constipation and i feel this probiotics is more effective than other brands that i've tried before. i am able to pass motion more regularly and I think the probiotics helps a lot. I will continue to stick to this probiotics, hopefully will make my gut more healthy.
