Lightweight and moisturising
The foaming wash is lightweight and it doesn’t cause the skin to have the dry effect after wash. The concentrate is smooth and gentle on skin. However, its absorption is not as quick and you can still feel the serum texture on the skin after the application. Personally, I prefer those with fast absorption that my face won’t feel like having another layer of texture on it.

Good product for sensitive skin
Both products are amazing for dry and sensitive skin. Foaming wash does not dry down your skin and the concentrate does a very good job in moisturizing the skin. I did not experience any itchiness or redness after the application of this product. Both products are very lightweight and easy to use. The concentrate has a very thin consistency, gets easily absorbed on the skin. and has great coverage. Sometimes when I pump the bottle to take out the concentrate it comes out in a large quantity that's too much for one application. Since the consistency is pretty light I would prefer if the mouth of the bottle is a bit tilted down or less amount comes out of the pump.

Light, gentle and soothing
The two products works well together. The foam wash is soft and gentle to my skin, it doesn’t leave a stinging feeling afterwards. The concentrate is light and help to soothe my skin

Ultra-light, gentle, and easy to use!
I didn't know what to expect since this is a relatively new brand. However, I genuinely like how gentle it is on the skin, so I'm less worried about redness afterward. The simple two-step regime also helps with my busy lifestyle, so I think it's worth the purchase.

Skin feels hydrated for a longer time and it cleanses without leaving the skin dry! Just one pump is what you need to wash the entire face! I really liked the fluffy foam 𝐃 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐔𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 This anti-redness serum helps me a lot! Skin feels moisturised and refreshed! Looks a bit thick but it’s actually light weight and absorbs pretty well without leaving any greasy feeling! Skin feels more hydrated.

Moisturised and hydrating skin
Urban Damage Care Foaming Wash It is gently cleanse to remove dirt, impurities and pollutants. It also helps to retain moisture! Urban Damage Care Concentrate It helps neutralise harmful pollutants with 8hrs lasting moisture! I do not feel skin tightening after the wash! One pump of the concentrate is overflowing however, it keeps my skin moisturised!

Very gentle and soothing!
I have never used any D program product before. After 14 days of using the products, I feel so amazed with the outcome. My face is less dry, less rough and soft. It leaves soft and hydrated after using the cleansing foam. D Program Concentrate is non-sticky, watery based concentrate. It works like toner+serum. It leaves my face refreshing even without applying additinal steps of skincare. They works wonder for sensitive skin, irritated/redness skin and dry skin! I personally will recommend these two products as it works for my skin roughness:)

Lightweight, clean and moisturizing
I think 2 weeks is not really sufficient to give an extremely comprehensive review but product is definitely lightweight and gives a very clean and moisturising feel. Sensitive skin will not react up to the products and actually soothes it slightly after usage but did not notice pores minimised after 2 weeks, maybe prolonged use will see effects. Good for Singapore weather.

Very good product
The facial foam is gentle to my skin and moisturize my face, does not have redness or tight feeling after washing. The concentrate absorb easily to the skin and keep my skin supple throughout the day. No redness from both products.

Clean and Fresh after each washing
Product is designed to avoid over stimulating sensitive. I had been using for 2 weeks and it solved my maskne problem that been hanging around my chin area. Face does feel clean and fresh after washing. Totally love this 2 amazing products. My face shown less sensitive and redness. Maskne problem definitely show improvement.
