effective, non-drying!
Despite having the label of vitamin c (ascorbic acid) in the name, i was surprised to find that the micellar water is not stripping (of oils) or harsh at all for my sensitive skin! i'm not entirely sure about whether my skin feels or looks brighter or not, could just be placebo effect or my eyes playing tricks on me. nonetheless, a gentle and effective cleanser that i will continue using and consider purchasing after the trial!

Gentle. Brightening. Soothing.
I noticed after one wipe, the skin immediately became brighter. However, I have to use many soaked cotton pads to completely clean off all the makeup. Regardless, I really like how hydrating and brightening it made my skin so I use this product for the first and last wipe to nourish my skin while cleansing it and in between I use one that actually removes the makeup in one wipe. Due to the brightening effect, I will purchase this product to add on to my routine. Thanks for letting me sample it.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Vitamin C
Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Vitamin C is really very helpful and useful. The previous makeup remover that I used is oil based and super oily that it makes my skin feels uncomfortable. As I've sensitive skin, I have to agree that this Garnier micellar water is so gentle to my skin, it does not cause any oiliness and dryness. On top of that, it gives my skin that refresh after cleaning. Just a perfect makeup remover for daily use. And true to what it has described, it removed makeup and cleanses with 1 swipe. After 1 swipe, I can see that my cotton pad has browny dirt on it (days without makeup). I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends.
