Unsure of the health benefits
Used for 30 days but haven’t noticed any health benefits. Doesn’t taste that bad compared to some out there. Just not convinced I’m not wasting my money on them

Very healthy
Very nice flavour, great texture, very healthy little drink. Helps to to avoid colds and flus if you drink it daily. Nice packaging and big enough to add it to your breakfast or lunch. Worth the price.

Lovely taste
These small little shots of yoghurt for gut health are really nice. Lovely raspberry yoghurt flavour which state are good for you (although I don’t know what the science is behind this)
