I don't really like the feeling of charcoal in a cleanser which is why I'm giving it 3 stars, but it works like a treat on your pours

Not the best
Admittedly I was sucked in by the pretty rose gold colour but wasn’t really that impressed by this. It kind of felt like I was using a shower gel on my face, way too harsh and drying. Maybe ok if your skin isn’t sensitive at all.

Didn't like
This product was not for me, it was easy to apply but left my skin very red and it felt like a burning sensation on my skin, I wanted to get it off quickly also made my skin feel really dry and tight

Cleanses well
This product cleanses the face but does not leave it feeling as soft and supple and moisturised as other face washes work for me. I also find this a little drying but maybe this would be better suited to people with oily skin. It does clean the skin but it would not be my go to daily face wash. I would not recommend this product.

Great for acne-prone & sensitive Skin!
I have (hormonal) acne-prone skin and this is my everyday cleanser. I was sceptical due to the colour however It leaves my skin feeling soft and clean with a fresh tingle that does not make my skin irritated or red in any way. It appears to remove dirt and makeup and helps keep my acne at bay. I struggle with skin products and this is my current fave. I also like the rose quartz scrub.

Love it
I use this cleanser every morning and evening. This is a good find for my combination skin. The cleanser leaves my skin soft and clean, removes oil and make-up. I am very happy with this.

Good product had it gifted to me so not sure on price, have used about half the bottle , so far and it does leave my skin feel fresh especially after wearing masks everyday, does leave face feeling dry but use a moisturiser after so no problems

Not for me
Very disappointed 😞 left my skin so irritated, red burning sensation and id never had anything like this ! Usually I use dermalogica but I thought I will give it a go ah shame I don't like to waste money like that . Anyone else? What is your experience ... Not for me unfortunately.. Incredibly impressed. 😍 Refreshing with beautiful Rose Quartz crystal healing powers. Cannot recommend this product enough! My face felt smooth/clean and energised from the first application.

Really like this
I really enjoy using this product, I don't use it everyday as I find it can be a little harsh on my skin if I use it too much but, I think that its great for maybe once or twice a week use and leaves my skin really soft and clean and gives it a bit more of a glow.

Good face wash
This is a basic face wash in my opinion. I didn’t see any dramatic difference in my skin from any active ingredients. The face wash is tingly when applied and feel refreshing in the morning. It did not leave my skin feeling tight which is a huge positive for me.

Love!!
Great product. Cleanses and purifies the skin and keeps you feeling refreshed for the day. IT was great trying this product and I do recommend but use a good moisturizer after use!! Lovely

I really like this product
This is one of the better scrubs for the face as its the very fine sugar particles that get deep into the skin, I do like the warming sensation from the mebthol but don't leave it on for too long as it does get quite intense but if you're looking to scrub the black/whiteheads out of your skin I'd highly recommend!!

Not very good
This is a very terrible cleanser and it is extremely harsh on my skin. It makes my eyes sting and it feels like soap. This is way too harsh and you should invest in another face wash. Not this.
