A winner for me
I went into trying this open minded. I first tried it with my cereal and loved it. It has a sweet and morish taste and really can taste the oatiness from the milk. I tried it on its own and loved it again the sweet oaty taste is not too over powering. I also tried it in a cup of tea, it was nice however personally I preferred it on its own as a glass of milk. I offered it to my children ages 5 and 7 whom one can be very fussy especially at the minute but both loved it. My 7 year old even said..."oo it's sweet and oaty can I have some more please!!!" Very impressed most definitely will purchase in the future and recommend to my family and friends.

Califia oat milk also has more carbohydrates but less fat compared to other plant-based drinks. I choose oat milk for its taste - it is very delicate and non-dominant, so it is great for everyday use, with dairy dishes and as an addition to coffee.

Oat milk
This oat milk was creamy and a nice consistency. It was more oaty than my usual oat milk. I tried this with cereal, in my coffee and made a coffee latte. All were very desirable and I will definitely consider buying this brand in the future.

Nice oat milk with a creamy taste
I was eager to give this oat milk a try, as I don't drink normal milk and regularly use soya milk as an alternative. When looking at reviews of this product online, I was excited to try it as other customers had rated it highly. Overall, I enjoyed the barista blend milk. The texture is very smooth and the taste is nice and creamy. It goes particularly well with an iced coffee but is also tasty enough to add to cereal in the morning. Now that I have tried it I am debating to switch from soya, or at least alternate between the two. Looking forward to trying again and will definitely try more of the Califia milk products.

Wow!
I have to say Wow! Any oat milk which I had before was hmmm not drinkable, I would go for coconut or lactose free, or sometimes to feel fancy I would go for hazelnut milk. But this oat milk!!!!! It is sooo smooth, the taste is not very strong, it works wonders with coffee and it taste gorgeous with cereal! My new favourite milk! It's a winner!

Really lovely oat milk
I really enjoyed this oat milk. We purchase oat milk anyway, so getting to test a new one we hadn’t heard of was great. It’s got a lovely taste and much better than other brands I’ve tried. I’d absolutely buy this regularly. I’ve not tried steaming it as it’s a bit too warm but I’ve had it in iced coffee and cereal and it’s tasted lovely.

As my partner is lactose intolerant, I always look for milk alternatives for him for his coffee. I loved the taste and consistency of this product and I would drink it on it's own. It didn't see to make a lot of frothing, but maybe I didn't have the right tools. I will definitely buy it as it's one of the best milk alternatives I have tried.

Best of Plant-Based Milk
Califia Farms Oat Barista milk is the best plant-based milk that I have ever consumed. I used it to prepare an iced coffee latte. It tastes better than dairy milk. If you are looking for plant-based milk, I suggest this brand and product for your coffee.

Just like milk
I loved the taste of this oat milk. It didn't taste artificial and had a lovely creamy taste. The Barista label implies that it steams and froths well for your latte and cappuccino. Its great that its in UHT box, so its shelf stable and can sit in my cupboard for emergencies. Just pop it into the fridge and you can steam from chilled.
