Can't live without it
I've gone through 6 of these now, I love them. I take them whenever I'm feeling nervous or anxious and they always help me feel more calm and relaxed.

Very useful
I used this to help me through stressful exams and found it really helped calm me down before the event. I always have this in the house and use it during times of stress. Would recommend.

Rescue Remedy
Great little product to help calm nerves. I have used this on serval occasions, one being my driving test and I found this helped me to be more calm and less anxious. It’s very easy to use and doesn’t have a horrible taste.

Amazing for anxiety
I often suffer with feeling anxious. Sometimes it can be for something that really is pathetic. I take a couple of drops under my tongue and it really helps me.

Great product
Really good taste and contain B5 and B12 and flower essence. It calms me down and gives me some energy so I don't fall asleep while driving.

Relaxing remedy.
We've used this product for years. Whether it's a placebo effect or is the product it definitely helps in moments of anxiety. A go to before any big event.

Unclear results
I have used this product during times of stress and anxiety. I can't say I noticed any definite lessening of symptoms. Deep breathing and meditation seem to work better for me, but everyone is different!

Partner in crime!
Rescue remedy is my partner in crime when it comes to anything that might set off any anxiety or stress. I just put a couple of drinks in some water and drink throughout the day. It does help calm me down and helps me feel back in control alongside my medication! If you're wanting a more natural remedy for slight anxiety, I would recommend it!

Great for anxiety and depression
I purchased this for my husband who suffers with anxiety and depression and is unmedicated. A friend of mine is a bach remedy expert and she recommended this for him during the times that he is struggling. My husband said that he when he use it he feels calmer and his head feels like he can take on the the world a little easier. It has been really helpful and he still contiues to use it months after.

Good for nerves
I suffer anxiety and wanted to try a natural product, it definitely helps ease nerves but I wouldn't say its good for chronic anxiety. However they have a pet version which was good for my pets during firework night

A little bottle of magic. My non introduced rescue remedy to me as an anxious little girl. It’s gone on to bed my safety blanket for many / all high pressure situations. My GCSEs, A levels, driving test, job interview etc. I cannot recommend it enough! Thank you Bach’s!

Works well
I always have some rescue remedy on hand. It helps calm nerves before stepping out of my comfort zone and I use when travelling for peace of mind and find it super calming

It really works
I suffer from PTSD after being involved in a serious road crash and Rescue Remedy really helps with trying to calm myself before getting in a car. It happened a year and a half ago and my symptoms are much better but would still reach for Rescue Remedy now and again and always have it at hand.

Convenient
Easily fits into a small bag/pocket for a quick pick me up when feeling anxious. The flavour is not the best so recommend washing it down with a drink or a sweet. The other products in the range are very good too
