Weekly dandruff prevention
This shampoo has been such a confidence booster for me. This shampoo really does what it says on the bottle. Let's be honest dandruff can feel embarrassing and it's one of those things you're always worrying other people might notice. After just one wash, the flakes were visibly reduced and my scalp felt instantly calmer. No itching, no irritation, and no tight, uncomfortable feeling either. It cleanses thoroughly while still being gentle enough for a sensitive scalp, and it smells much nicer than you'd expect. My hair feels clean, soft and comfortable, and no longer feel self-conscious about my scalp which is such a relief. It may be a little pricier, but it works, and that peace of mind is worth it. Finally, a dandruff shampoo can trust.

If you get dermatitis or dry scalp in the winter months, T/gel is the product you need to store in the bathroom! I keep this beauty of a bottle on the back shelves in the bathroom, for when that times comes. if I get a patch of dermatitis or dryness during the winter months, a few washes, and my scalp is 100% better. Doesn't have the most pleasant smell on the hair after use, but I will put up with that just for a short time, to benifit my scalp to stop me going crazy!!

the difference i’ve seen using this over the last 2 year is crazy! i use to suffer with a really bad itchy scalp, i was told i had scalp psoriasis or dandruff and was prescribed with different shampoos and creams but nothing worked ACCEPT THIS! this is the best thing ever!! bottle lasts ages and the relief i had after 1 use was crazy, i dont suffer with an itchy scalp or any sort of dandruff flakiness any more…..but only buy this one, ive recommended it to people and they have either brought the cheaper ones of the 2 in 1 version and didnt see results…..THIS IS THE ONE THAT WORKS!
Effective for dandruff
Neutrogena Tgel shampoo was an holy grail that cleared my child's dandruff. Result was visible right from the first use. It is very effective. I would recommend it to anyone that has dandruff.
Not bad so far
I’ve used about half of the Neutrogena shampoo, and so far it’s been okay. My scalp is no longer itchy, but I still have some flakes. I’ll continue using it to see if there’s any improvement

As someone that has used this since childhood, it is always what I reach for when my scalp needs some TLC. It works very well.
Noticeable difference after 1st use
Following using a branded of shampoo that just didn't agree with me, I got dandruff which is not something I really ever suffer from. A friend recommended the Neutrogena TGel scale relief so I gave it a whirl. What a great recommendation that was as I could see a noticeable change in my scalp condition after the first wash. No longer felt irritated and my scalp recovered from the dryness within a week. Will definitely keep to use again should the dandruff appear again.

I highly recommend this Neutrogena T/Gel shampoo as that is the only over the counter shampoo that genuinely cleared my dandruff and flaky and itchy scalp!! Really great product and it lasts for a very long time as well. I would only buy this shampoo for any dandruff issues or itchy scalp as this one is the most effective and quickest to work and for you to see the results. So highly recommend !

This stuff works incredibly well for dandruff and itchy, flaky scalp. A small amount goes so far and you can tell its working from the very first wash. It does have an awful smell though and can leave my hair feeling a bit dry/wiry but the relief from the itch far outweighs those issues!
