Nicolrett cools lozenges 2mg, are perfect for helping give up smoking, I have been a smoker for over 30 years and I thought id give theses ago perfect to have and help the journey of giving up.
A good helping hand
Willpower is always required for the full impact to be seen but these are a good helping hand to get things started and on the journey. Nice enough taste and easy to use .
Didn't do the job
They are ok and taste fine but they do not keep cravings at bay they just aren't strong enough and make you feel a little bit nasueated after some time of use. I feel a nicotine free vape juice is probably the better way to go as you still feel like you're getting a hit

Good mint flavour and helps with craving
I have used these Nicorette cools lozenges to help manage nicotine cravings. The icy mint flavour is quite refreshing and not too strong. They dissolve slowly and are easy to use when a craving starts. I find them helpful when I need something quick without reaching for a cigarette. The 2mg strength is good for light to moderate cravings and the sugar-free option is a bonus.

Unfortunately these didn't work for me I wasn't keen on the taste and also the aftertaste it left they actually made me feel quite sick therefore did not continue to use.

i stopped smoking with these
I quit smoking about 2-3 years ago using these. These taste nice and cool with the mint flavour and gave me the break i needed with a good taste to stop smoking. This along with a will to stop smoking gave me all the power i needed to stop smoking. These where in the same price range of smoking itself but join a quit smoking team and these can be provided via local support networks.

Like the concept and feel this do help some people reduce or quit smoking Can be expensive tho

Helped Cut Cravings
I have previously tried everything to quit smoking and these have helped Cut the craving of a cigarette which has helped me to quit

Leaves white makes
Not bad helped me a lot, haven't had a fag for hours now, the taste is not bad refreshing taste, the only thing is that there leave white markes on your lips so looks like you white lipstick on.
