These didn’t stop my cravings at all after using for a few days I found I was getting headaches with it expensive for what they are

Nicotine relief
As a strong smoker these helped during a long stay at a hospital last year, where i wasn't allowed outside. I stayed on them a few weeks after getting home but messed up and i am now smoking again. Will try again soon. Downside is you may feel sick when starting and they may fall off with sweat. I used a plaster to keep them on.

Not very effective
I personally didn't find it very helpful as it didn't help my cravings or the habit itself. I wouldn't say it's effective however everyone is different and smoke different amounts

To heavy
I purchased these patches with a 25% off voucher from the Home tester club. These where to heavy for me and left a taste in my mouth ı managed to use for 3 days but had lost my appetite and was feeling sick. On the other hand ı could not even look at a cigarette as this made me feel nauseous. Could work for others but unfortunately not for me.

Good product
I have been trying these nicotine patches which do actually work. They cut down the cravings alot which works well, there easy to use. I haven't stopped completely but could see that it is made possible with these. 4 stars because there good but will end up being expensive depending how long it takes to quit.

Took off the craving
These patches certainly took off the craving for a cigarette . However after two days of using them they made me very nauseous which gradually worsened. Unfortunately I stopped using them after 3 days
